This course covers how to get paid for your expertise in design, estimating, and pre-construction phases of remodels. It includes a guide to accurate estimating, creating a smooth construction process, integrating energy efficiency, and managing the final 5% of a project during job closeout.

Magnetize Your Business
This course teaches contracting business owners how to focus on key tasks for daily operations, including managing customer relationships, maximizing profits, and systemizing marketing. It also covers leadership skills, effective CEO practices, and strategies for business growth.

Continuing Education

CE courses meet the Continuing Education requirement for License Renewal

 

*NOTE FOR RENEWING S330, S410 & S350

S330 Landscape and Recreation Contractors and 

S410 Boiler, Pipeline, Waste Water, and Water Conditioner contractor classification need at least 2 hours (of their 6 hours of CE) related to backflow preventer installation every renewal cycle.

S350 HVAC Contractors must take 3 hours (of their 6 hours of CE) which is directly related to the installation, repair, or replacement of a heating, ventilation, or air conditioning system.
